Job summary
Supabase is seeking a Member of Technical Staff in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead engagement with leading AI labs. You will act as quarterback, driving relationships, technical enablement, and joint product integrations with our Engineering, Product, and Design teams while coordinating with DevRel and marketing to drive adoption and growth.
You will own technical programs from scoping to post-launch growth, collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic solutions, forward deployed engineering, or product management.
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data/infra stacks.
- Proven experience shipping integrations and growing them post-launch.
- Experience using AI and coding tools with the company.
- Clear, concise communicator across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and CS.
- Startup experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Account Mapping and Relationship Building with AI labs across Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams.
- Lead Lunch and Learns/Tech Talks/Technical Enablement to educate AI labs about the company and roadmap.
- Co-build: Develop integrations and joint solutions with Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Developer Relations: Create blogs, docs, videos, and live streams; run in-person events and hackathons.
- Lead Quarterly Technical Reviews to discuss adoption metrics and alignment with resources.
