Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a founding marketing lead in San Francisco to drive awareness and adoption of AI products among technical communities. You will collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to build programs connecting researchers and developers with our products.

You will lead launches, grow technical communities, organize events, manage partner marketing, and coordinate PR and university partnerships to accelerate growth and user engagement.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in growth, community, developer relations, or ecosystem marketing at AI/infrastructure/dev tools
• Growth of product adoption or technical communities with measurable results
• Technical fluency to demo AI/ML products and engage with researchers
• Strong writing and hands-on content skills (copy, demos, lists)
• Experience with Discord, Slack, a CRM, social platforms, email marketing, analytics dashboards
• University/research-lab partnerships are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead US product launches and improve signups, activation, onboarding, and ongoing usage
• Build and manage technical communities and CRM-driven engagement
• Organize hackathons, meetups, and partner events to drive adoption and pipeline growth
• Coordinate presence at AI and robotics conferences with demos and follow-ups
• Manage partner marketing activities (joint content, speaking, events)
• Coordinate with PR agency, prepare spokespeople, support media meetings
• Build university/research-lab partnerships with talks and campus events
• Develop customer case studies and co-speaking opportunities with approvals
• Create timely social content and conduct weekly user interviews for product insights
