This role demands 12+ years of experience, deep system design skills in Kotlin/Java/Go, and a track record of scaling shared infrastructure while driving quality and reliability across teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java or Go and scalable system design.
• Proven ability to scale shared infrastructure across teams.
• Strong CI/CD and cloud infra experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data-driven decision making and customer-focused architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architectural vision for customer-facing systems.
• Establish patterns ensuring quality, resilience and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align architecture with goals.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and promote engineering rigor.
• Lead cross-squad initiatives to accelerate strategic programs.
• Translate customer and clinical needs into scalable technical solutions.
