Job summary
Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for Senior to Staff+ ICs and identify and close force-multiplier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
You’ll run structured, values-aligned processes to improve talent density across the org, with international expansion in view. Reporting to the Sr.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in engineering roles.
- 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools.
- Proven success building pipelines for Senior to Staff+ ICs.
- Experience using LLMs (Claude) for automation and efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby to manage pipelines and insights.
- Trusted partner to leaders with data-backed recommendations.
- Strategic builder turning business goals into recruiting plans.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers and related technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to plan headcount and interview panels.
- Provide best-in-class candidate experience with clear communication.
- Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
- Leverage data to improve recruiting processes and hiring decisions.
- Mentor sourcers and recruiters and share playbooks.
