Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across Engineering roles.
• 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools, with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Proven success building pipelines for Engineering talent from Senior to Staff+ ICs and managers.
• Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation and workflow efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar for pipeline management and data insights.
• Trusted partner to leaders with data-backed recommendations and strategic recruiting plans.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers and adjacent technical roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate roadmaps into sourcing plans and interview panels.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with clear expectations and timely feedback.
• Proactively source active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to ensure diverse slates.
• Leverage LLMs to automate repetitive tasks and improve recruiting efficiency.
• Use data to drive process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Mentor sourcers and recruiters, document playbooks, and contribute reusable tools.
