Responsibilities

• Own Service Architecture across the Applied AI stack, end-to-end patient-facing experience.
• Productionize AI-driven experiences, push research into robust, reliable production services.
• Ensure reliability and operational excellence with observability and uptime.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and drive talent growth across the organization.
• Navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into scalable backend design embedding customer obsession into the platform architecture.
• Design systems and boundaries to support sustainable growth and early investments in non-functional needs.
