Cribl is a remote‑first B2B SAAS data observability company seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for the Security Products team. You will architect and build autonomous reasoning, multi‑agent investigation, and context enrichment to power SOC operations at machine speed.

You will work with Cribl Detect integration, design safe execution frameworks, and drive production rollout of post‑detection automation across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for seniority and leadership roles.
• 12+ years building scale production software."

Responsibilities

• Architect post‑detection workflows including autonomous triage and containment orchestration.
• Build production‑grade reasoning systems using LLMs, embeddings, and context graphs.
• Ingest high‑fidelity detection signals and trigger automated investigations and responses.
• Explore agentic paradigms and multi‑agent frameworks with prototypes.
• Write core abstractions and establish benchmarks for accuracy, latency, and reliability.
