Cribl, a leading B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer for the Security Products team. The role focuses on building AI SOC capabilities, post-detection workflows, and autonomous investigations in a remote-first environment.

You will architect reasoning systems, work with LLMs, embeddings, and context graphs, and collaborate with product managers and security researchers to turn ideas into robust security solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of scale production software experience.
• Experience leading AI SOC or post-detection automation at scale.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect post-detection workflows including autonomous triage and containment orchestration.
• Build production-grade reasoning systems using LLMs, embeddings, and context graphs.
• Collaborate with Cribl Detect, engineers, and security researchers on integrations.
• Define APIs and data flows for secure, scalable SOC operations.
