Cribl is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for its Security Products team. You will architect post‑detection workflows, build autonomous reasoning and multi‑agent frames, and enable fast, reliable SOC operations in a remote‑first culture.

You will design scalable, low‑latency systems using LLMs, embeddings, and graph models, collaborating with Cribl Detect to trigger investigations and responses across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years building scale production software.
• Experience leading AI SOC, SOAR, or post‑detection automation at scale.
• Proven ability to design low‑latency distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect post‑detection workflows for autonomous triage and containment.
• Build production‑grade reasoning systems with LLMs and context graphs.
• Collaborate with Cribl Detect to drive investigations and responses.
• Define agent communication protocols and ensure system reliability.
