Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for the Security Products team to build next‑generation AI SOC capabilities. You’ll architect autonomous reasoning, multi‑agent investigation, and intelligent response orchestration in a remote‑first role.

You will work with Cribl Detect post‑detection data, apply LLMs, embeddings, and graph models, and drive scalable, low‑latency systems. Strong leadership and open communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience building scale production software.
• Led AI SOC or post‑detection automation initiatives at scale.
• Experience with AI systems, LLM orchestration, and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect post‑detection workflows including autonomous triage and containment.
• Build production‑grade reasoning systems using LLMs, embeddings, and context graphs.
• Collaborate with Cribl Detect to ingest signals and trigger investigations and responses.
• Explore agentic paradigms and multi‑agent frameworks for SOC interfaces.
• Write core abstractions and design agent communication protocols; review critical code.
