Innovair in Miami, FL is seeking an AP Specialist to process daily invoices in Concur and manage AP folders. The role ensures proper approvals in line with company policies and accurate coding of transactions across accounts, projects and departments.

The candidate will interact with vendors and internal customers, maintain the finance inbox, support requisition-to-payment, and reconcile monthly statements. Prior experience with SOX controls and expense reporting is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience using Concur for processing invoices.
• Proficiency with Excel for account analysis and journal entries.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and vendor management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily invoices in Concur and maintain AP folders.
• Ensure invoices are properly approved according to company policies.
• Code transactions accurately by account, project, and department.
• Communicate with vendors and internal customers to address inquiries and policies.
• Manage the shared Finance email inbox and vendor changes per SOX.
• Support requisition-to-payment and resolve issues promptly.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements and assist with expense reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger for monthly/annual close.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Review monthly departmental expenses and allocate costs from cost centers.
• Prepare and maintain Internal Control Documents.
• Apply for customer payments and monitor accounts receivable.
