Technica USA is seeking a senior accountant who is responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented. The role involves managing AR / AP processes, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and daily operations. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, precise, and eager to grow with us, ensuring accurate recording of daily financial transactions.

• Manage and oversee daily accounting department operations, including:
• Handle daily accounting procedures (AR, AP, billing, journal entries, vendor payments, bank reconciliations) and monthly commission calculations.
• Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet accounts at month-end.
• Maintain supporting documentation for vendor payments, postage receipts/payments, cash receipts (checks and credit cards), and company credit cards.
• Assist in reviewing expenses and other tasks as assigned.
• Review all postings of AR, AP, journal entries to the general ledger for accuracy and propriety.
• Manage office administration tasks and maintain employee vacation and sick leave records.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, payroll, sales tax, capital asset reconciliations, and debt activity.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and assist with annual budgeting as assigned.
