Job summary

EngFlow is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our expanding platform team. You will own critical incidents, help evolve the product, and partner with developers to deliver reliable, high-performance services at scale. This role embraces a remote-friendly environment and cross-region collaboration within APAC, EMEA, and the US.

You will mentor teammates, review code, and contribute to improving operational excellence across the company, while joining a world-class, distributed engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or senior product support roles.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS/GCP) and modern tech stack.
• Excellent documentation for a global asynchronous audience.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority production incidents during AU business day.
• Collaborate with core product teams to fix issues and add features.
• Coordinate daily handovers with EMEA and US teams.
• Mentor others and lead code reviews to raise quality.
