Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to remotely support Kentucky and Ohio while aligning with our health care platforms. You will lead incident response, oversee platform engineering efforts, and ensure robust observability and reliability across multiple systems.

The role requires extensive experience in SRE/DevOps, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to guide teams during critical outages. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years in IT, SRE, DevOps or platform engineering.
• 2+ years leading projects or technical teams.
• Strong incident management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools for authoring and analysis is a plus.

• Maintain, integrate and implement software applications across the org.
• Coordinate testing, QA, configuration, installation and support.
• Advise executives on strategic technical direction and risk.
• Lead high-severity incident bridges and drive resolution with stakeholders.
