Ladders is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen reliability, resilience, and operational stability of critical production systems in a healthcare environment. You will lead incident response during high-severity events, guide root-cause analysis, and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to improve performance and release readiness.

This remote US-based role requires 8+ years in IT/SRE/DevOps, 2+ years as a technical lead, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• 2+ years of project or technical lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-severity incident and service restoration calls.
• Experience in root cause analysis in multi-system production environments.
• Familiarity with generative and agentic AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, integrate, and implement software applications
• Coordinate software application testing and quality assurance
• Ensure smooth implementation of new software and updates
• Establish and maintain controls over test and production systems
• Advise executives on functional strategies and significant matters
• Exercise independent judgment on complex issues
