Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems for cloud-based platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration.
• Experience with incident response, automation, and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Improve service delivery and reliability across the full lifecycle.
• Monitor production systems for availability, latency, and health.
