Cribl is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our mission of unlocking observability data value as we expand in the U.S. You’ll work with a distributed team across engineering to design, deploy, test, and ship Cribl products, contributing to scalable, reliable cloud services.

The role is remote within the U.S., with on-call duties and a strong emphasis on automation, testing, and incident response to keep systems healthy and observable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems for complex cloud platforms.
• Experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to improve service delivery and reliability across the full lifecycle.
• Measure and monitor production systems focusing on availability, latency, and health.
• Identify causes of errors and drive towards operational excellence in production clouds.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to improve reliability and observability.
• Help reduce toil through automation and innovation.
• This role may require on-call duties.
