Cribl Inc is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our mission of unlocking observability data value. You will be part of the engineering team that ships Cribl products with a focus on reliability, scaling, and performance across a distributed cloud environment.

You will design, deploy, and operate cloud-based observability solutions, contribute to incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system resilience. This role is remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems for complex cloud-based platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration.
• Experience with incident response in a blameless environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to improve service delivery and reliability across the lifecycle.
• Measure and monitor production systems for availability and latency.
• Identify causes of errors in production and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to enhance reliability and observability.
• Reduce toil through automation and innovation.
• Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties may be required.
