Cribl is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale observability for the AI era. This remote‑within‑the‑U.S. role sits in the engineering org and offers autonomy to design, deploy, test, and ship Cribl products across a distributed team.

You will work on reliability, observability tooling, incident response, and platform improvements using AWS/Azure, Terraform, Node.js, and Kubernetes. The base salary range is $141,800–$195,000 plus benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and operating observability systems for cloud platforms.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible; cloud SDKs a plus.
• Security best practices and incident response in blameless environments.

Responsibilities

• Improve service delivery and reliability across the service lifecycle.
• Monitor production systems for availability and latency.
• Lead incident response and reduce toil with automation.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to improve reliability.
• Participate in stand-by/on-call shifts.
