Job summary

PDI Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the SRE organization supporting the Paylo product suite. You will manage three SRE managers and a broader team, while staying hands-on to guide architecture and reliability across multi‑cloud platforms.

You will drive incident management, set reliability KPIs, and partner with product, engineering, and security to align investments with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure/Platform Engineering.
• 4+ years in a people-leadership role with direct management experience.
• Hands-on multi-cloud expertise (AWS and Azure) and kubernetes operations.
• Experience with Argo CD/Argo Workflows for GitOps-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop 3 SRE Managers/Leads and the broader SRE team.
• Set reliability roadmaps aligned with business priorities and product goals.
• Coach managers and engineers, building clear career paths and succession plans.
• Foster blameless incident culture and robust on-call processes.
• Partner with engineering, product, and Security to meet PCI DSS and compliance needs.
• Oversee IaC and CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and multi-cloud architecture standards.
