Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering in Dallas to lead the SRE organization across Paylo, PDI’s payments, loyalty, and fuel‑pricing platforms. You will own reliability, infrastructure, and operational strategy for high‑traffic, customer‑facing systems worldwide.

This hands‑on, leadership‑first role manages three SRE managers/leads and ~20 engineers, staying technically engaged in architecture reviews, multi‑cloud resilience, and CI/CD, while coaching

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure/Platform Engineering with 4+ years in people leadership.
• Experience managing managers and leading an org of ~20 reports.
• Hands-on expertise across multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 3 SRE managers/leads and the ~20-person SRE team.
• Set vision and cadence for reliability roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Hire, coach, and develop managers and senior engineers with clear career paths.
• Foster blameless incident culture and on-call excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to balance reliability with delivery.
• Contribute to IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo).
• Own observability strategy with Datadog across metrics, traces, and logs.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and manage incident response, postmortems, and remediation.
