Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a high‑impact SRE team supporting Paylo and related platforms. You will own reliability, infrastructure, and operational strategy for global, high‑traffic systems involving payments, loyalty, and pricing.

You will manage three SRE Managers/Leads and ~20 engineers, while staying hands‑on to review architecture, unblock issues, and set engineering standards across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and IaC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infra/Platform Eng.
• 4+ years in a people-leadership role leading managers
• Hands-on architecture, multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) expertise
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps (Argo CD/Workflows)
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu) and CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Observability with Datadog; incident management and postmortems

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop 3 SRE Managers/Leads; ~20 engineers total.
• Set reliability roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Mentor managers, create career paths, and drive succession.
• Foster blameless incident culture and on-call discipline.
• Collaborate with Product and Eng to align reliability with risk.
• Hands-on involvement in architecture reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
