Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a 20‑person SRE organization overseeing Paylo product suite. You will set the reliability vision, partner with engineering and product, and stay technically engaged across cloud and CI/CD stacks.

You will coach three SRE managers, drive incident management, and advance observability with Datadog, IaC, and GitOps practices to ensure scale and dependability for high-traffic production systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE/DevOps or related, with 4+ years leading managers.
• Hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure, multi-cloud architecture.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and Datadog at scale.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop 3 SRE managers/leads and ~20 engineers.
• Define reliability roadmap aligned to product priorities.
• Hire, coach, and create career paths for managers and engineers.
• Maintain blameless incident culture and on-call processes.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business for reliability investments.
• Contribute to IaC, Kubernetes manifests, and CI/CD pipelines when needed.
• Own multi-cloud standards (AWS, Azure) and GitOps with Argo CD.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and incident management program end-to-end.
