Job summary

PDI Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the SRE organization supporting Paylo and related product suites. You will manage a ~20-person team, stay technically engaged, and drive reliability across multi-cloud infrastructure.

You will shape the reliability roadmap, mentor managers and engineers, and ensure blameless incident response while partnering with stakeholders to align investments with business risk and customer impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure/Platform Engineering; 4+ years in people leadership.
Directly led team leads/managers, operating at scale (~20 reports).
Hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure; multi-cloud architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

Directly manage 3 SRE Managers/Leads and ~20 engineers; drive health and performance.
Define reliability roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Hire, coach, and develop managers; create clear career paths and succession plans.
Foster blameless culture around incidents, on-call, and reliability excellence.
Collaborate with engineering & product to translate reliability into business value.
Hands-on review of architecture; contribute to IaC, Kubernetes manifests, and CI/CD when needed.
Own GitOps via Argo CD/Argo Workflows and IaC strategy (Terraform/OpenTofu).
Define and drive SLI/SLOs and incident management programs.
