Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a remote-first SRE team. You will shape the infrastructure, move to managed Kubernetes, and reduce operational load to accelerate product delivery.

You’ll own the technical direction, partner with security and architecture, and manage an 8-person team to meet a rolling 3-month plan. You’ll drive AI-enabled strategies in infrastructure, mentor engineers, and align work with business outcomes while operating in a fast-paced,

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on in SRE/DevOps, systems, or infra engineering roles.
• 3+ years directly managing teams in one of those disciplines.
• Depth across platforms we run on and strong automation chops.
• Significant experience hiring and growing teams at scale.
• Ability to work with external specialists and hold high technical bars.
• viewpoint on AI in infrastructure and gatekeeping where needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of Invoca’s infrastructure and set priorities.
• Move from self-hosted to managed Kubernetes while preserving expertise.
• Reduce operational load to free capacity for building new work.
• Own technical direction for the platform and partner with other teams.
• Lead the 3-month delivery plan and ensure shipping high-impact work.
• Represent SRE in architecture and planning discussions.
