Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to scale our infrastructure and reliability practices as our engineering org grows. You’ll own reliability and observability for your team's systems, working hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD, partnering with 16+ teams to roll out standards and automation.

You’ll be proactive, collaborate across teams, and use AI daily to accelerate development, debugging, and delivery while aligning with leadership on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infra Engineer.
• Experience at fast-growing SaaS companies (Series A/B to C/D).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD, Helm/Argo.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and observability across the org — SLAs/SLOs, instrumentation, on-call health.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes infra and core AWS services (RDS/Aurora).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo/Helm).
• Drive IaC standards (Terraform, Crossplane) across teams.
• Partner with 16+ eng teams to roll out standards and tools.
