Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to scale our infrastructure and reliability practices as our engineering org grows. You’ll own reliability, observability, and on-call health across teams, working hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD, and partnering with 16+ engineering teams to roll out standards and automation.

You’re proactive, operate across teams with different workflows, and already use AI tools to code, debug, and ship.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments (Series A–D).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Helm/Argo.
• Postgres and Mongo (DocumentDB) experience across RDS/Aurora.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and observability; SLAs/SLOs, on-call health.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and core AWS services.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Argo/Helm.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform, and Crossplane).
• Collaborate with 16+ teams to rollout standards and tools.
• Lead on-call rotation and incident root-cause analysis across teams.
• Use AI tools daily to improve speed and reliability.
• Represent SRE in planning with engineering leadership.
