Job summary

KodyPay is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (8+ years of experience) to own production reliability across our global payment platform. You will lead incident response, on-call rotation, and end-to-end observability, spanning Europe, Asia, and North America.

You will mentor engineers, implement SLOs/SLIs, automate toil, optimize capacity, and strengthen PCI-DSS aligned security. Based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, excellent English communication is essential to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SRE/Platform/DevOps experience in high-availability systems.
• Strong expertise in cloud, containerized environments, and automation.
• Proven track record operating in regulated payment/fintech environments with uptime focus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in follow-the-sun production on-call rotation and lead Sev1/Sev2 response.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve complex production incidents across services and cloud platforms.
• Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs, alerting standards, and reliability processes.
