Job summary
GSPANN Technologies, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own production reliability and platform health.
This 12+ month onsite role focuses on building tools and processes to improve availability and performance across global ecommerce sites. You will drive incident/change management, develop end-to-end observability dashboards, and promote best practices. Strong automation, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud experience are required.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 10+ years in code management, deployment, and DevOps/SRE roles.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic).
- Strong observability knowledge and trends.
- Ability to drive cross-organization adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure availability, latency, and performance of global ecommerce sites.
- Lead incident and change management initiatives.
- Develop observability dashboards and end-to-end monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve reliability goals.
- Mentor teams and drive best practices in SRE.
