Synechron is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape and lead SRE initiatives across a large regulated enterprise. You will design strategy, operating model, and governance to improve stability of complex banking and payments platforms.

The role emphasizes transformation, measurable improvements in production reliability, MTTR, and risk controls through architecture, automation, and strong leadership.

Qualificações

• 4-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
• A top-performing candidate will have led an SRE transformation within a large regulated enterprise.
• Implemented SLI/SLO/Error Budget frameworks at enterprise scale.
• Delivered measurable improvements in production stability, MTTR, and reliability risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive SRE transformation initiatives within a large, regulated enterprise.
