Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with production support and client-facing work.
• 2–3 years in analytics and technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of databases (PL/SQL, Oracle, DB2).
• Experience developing/consuming SOAP and REST in production environments.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows server configurations.
• Familiarity with AI Ops and NLP concepts.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and incident-driven processes.
• Experience with monitoring and performance tools such as Dynatrace, GlassBox, and TrueSight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor distribution systems and preemptively notify issues.
• Assist with on-call troubleshooting and incident management.
• Lead incident reviews and post-mortem meetings.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Provide technical solutions and guidance during critical issues.
• Ensure process follow-ups and event completion.
