Job summary

Systemone is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join its Production support and Performance Management practice in the Pittsburgh area. The role focuses on reliability, uptime, and automation opportunities with collaboration across offshore teams and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT, strong SRE and production support background, hands-on with Linux, Windows, and web services (SOAP/REST), and familiarity with AIOps concepts.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience and production support background.
2–3 years of analytics and technical lead experience.
Strong client-facing experience and ability to interact with leadership.
Knowledge of AI Ops, NLP, and modern monitoring tools.
Experience with SOAP/REST web services and database systems (Oracle/DB2).

Responsibilities

Monitor distribution systems and notify of potential issues.
Troubleshoot on-call incidents and outages.
Lead incident analysis meetings and coordinate resolution.
Identify automation opportunities for improvement.
Ensure reliability across related systems and offshore teams.
Participate in critical issue calls and provide technical solutions.
