Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design and mature reliability capabilities across platforms. You will lead automation, observability, and AIOps initiatives to improve service reliability and reduce operational toil.

The role emphasizes incident triage, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration withDevelopment and Infrastructure teams. The engineer will define SLIs/SLOs, build reusable IaC modules, and drive modernization of production

Qualifications

• Experience transforming infrastructure operations into modern engineering-led operating models.
• Experience implementing SRE principles with SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Hands-on with enterprise observability: metrics, logs, traces, telemetry, synthetic monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Designs solutions to visualize production support metrics for readiness and SRE teams.
• Develops software and processes to reduce toil by automation and improved reliability.
• Partners with Development and Infrastructure to create error budgets and improve telemetry for reliability.
