Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts with 10+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes in one or more disciplines.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve reliability workflows with strong validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted operational recommendations and escalate when uncertain.
• Ability to understand system relationships and use a breadth of tools to drive automation and reliability.
• Experience translating research and tests into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve high-complexity problems and drive improvements.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident analysis and reliability decisioning.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the software life cycle to ensure sustainable releases.
• Design and implement infrastructure components to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Provide clear recommendations to management with measurable reliability outcomes.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC/toolchain practices with traceability and security controls.
• Support high-uptime, auto-recoverable systems across multiple locations in a follow-the-sun model.
• Proactively scale infrastructure and prevent recurring problems.
