Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to shape incident management and end-to-end software lifecycle reliability within Corporate Technology.

You will identify opportunities to impact reliability by designing and implementing infrastructure components with a focus on stability and efficiency. You will drive AI-assisted reliability workflows, validate AI outputs, and ensure security controls across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with depth in one or more disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve reliability workflows with validation habits.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted operational recommendations and enforce data sensitivity requirements.
• Ability to map system relationships and drive automation for firm reliability.
• Experience translating research and tests into business recommendations.
