Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead clinical teams, deliver patient-centered care, and advance therapy programs in an inpatient rehab setting.

You will mentor staff, supervise assistants, and participate in in-service education while upholding the company’s commitment to empathy, quality care, and teamwork. A strong SLP background and licensure are essential for success in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Mentor and train SLP staff and students; contribute to education programs.
