Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our team and guide patients through speech and communication challenges. You will provide direct patient care, mentor staff, and develop therapy programs using advanced tools in a collaborative setting.

Formación

• Current state license in Speech Therapy.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• CPR (BCLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
