Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead direct patient care and mentor a dynamic team within an award‑winning national rehabilitation company. You’ll oversee speech therapy services, deliver personalized interventions, and collaborate across disciplines in a supportive, technology‑driven environment.

Competenze

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or management; advanced degree preferred.
• Two years minimum SLP experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications when eligible.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Assist with SLP in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient improvements and outcomes.
