Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required/expected.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and lead the speech pathology team.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and assist across departments as needed.
• Supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians; delegate clinical tasks.
