Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel in Florida is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care, guide a team, and deliver compassionate, personalized therapy throughout rehabilitation.

You will mentor colleagues, supervise SLP assistants, participate in in-service education, and support our patients’ communication and swallowing goals using state-of-the-art tools. This role offers meaningful growth and a collaborative, supportive environment.

Competenze

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as per state regulations.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required/board certified.
• BLS/CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of Speech-Language Pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related specialty certifications.
