Encompass Health is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care across our Wesley Chapel inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will guide a team, provide direct therapy, and mentor staff while delivering compassionate, individualized care to patients with communication and swallowing challenges.

Formación

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC (ASHA) certification required or in process.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; master's/doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Assist with speech-language in-service education and our student program.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
