Qualifications

• Valid state licensure in Speech Therapy is required.
• CCC certification completed or in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and build therapeutic relationships to aid recovery.
• Support in-service education for staff and supervise student programs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout treatment.
