Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed (ASHA).
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and build therapeutic relationships.
• Assist with speech-language in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
