Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with CCC certification per state requirements.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred for leadership.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of SLP experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Lead speech language in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the journey.

Education

Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management
