You will guide a team, provide compassionate, personalized treatment, and support patients through their rehabilitation journey with state-of-the-art therapies.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or management; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships by understanding each patient’s needs.
• Assist with speech language in-service education and our speech language pathologist student program.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
