Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead clinical care and mentor a team within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation network. Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Assist with speech language in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
