Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our team, guide patients through speech and communication challenges, and deliver compassionate care in a hospital setting.

This role includes mentoring colleagues, overseeing therapy assistants, and participating in education programs, with state licensure and CCC required and CPR/BLS within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of two years SLP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Oversee speech therapy assistants and technicians.
