Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and drive appropriate product utilization. The role supports the District Manager's marketing efforts and promotes Amgen products through in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior role may require 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/sci field that is not sales related.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and promotional programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships with accounts and manage product access and reimbursement issues.
• Contribute to territory plans and feedback on marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive results.
