Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales/clinical experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales/clinical experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization of products.
• Deliver branded sales messages and plan programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop accounts and manage product access, reimbursement, and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive results.
• Maintain peak passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle.
