Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior Specialty Representative requires Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Local market knowledge and established relationships in the territory

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products and effectively communicate the clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization of the products.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages and conducting planned programs with in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including customizing discussions and customer interactions based on understanding of customer needs and reimbursement processes.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze territory performance, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and uphold values in all customer interactions.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
